I discovered PeopleFüd in October of 2010 when I took a class at CFU about how to cook your own pet food. The class was taught by Davyd Smith, the owner and operator of PeopleFüd. I have since been feeding PeopleFüd to my own dog. My mom’s dog was diagnosed with diabetes in February of 2011. I insisted she give the PeopleFüd a try. Her dog as been eating PeopleFüd since March and her blood glucose levels have been Rock steady as opposed to the Yo-Yo affect prior to the diet change. We attribute her survival to Davyd Smith and PeopleFüd. We also strongly believe that if the dog had been fed a diet like this to begin with, diabetes could have been avoided all together. You are what you eat. The same goes for dogs. We are very grateful that Davyd does what he does and highly recommend PeopleFüd to everyone.

I just wanted to say thank you for making such a great product. Let me tell you my story… I have a 14 year old mini schnauzer who was diagnosed with diabetes last year. I put her on people-fud and today her glucose levels are normal. I told my vet what I was feeding her and he said don’t change anything because it’s doing great for Lucy and has given her a longer life than the Vet expected. Because of your product my little Lucy still acts like a puppy even though she has diabetes. I thank you so very much and Lucy thanks you too.

Just want to drop a quick note to let you know that this morning I stopped by the Farmer’s Market in the Highlands. I was pretty excited to see your stand since I saw the Greg Moss segment yesterday and looked last night at Whole Foods to check if they carried your food. A little background – we have an almost 18 month’s old black lab that we have struggled with her feeding since we got her at 11 weeks (shocking for a lab!). We try everything to get her to eat and she just picks at her food (grain-free Orijen kibble mixed with canned). You get my message; it’s always a fiasco at her meal time! Tonight, I took a couple of tablespoons of bison stew from the container and put in a bowl – just to see if she would like it. SHE LOVED IT! Then I took some of her dry kibble and mixed it with the bison stew – she licked the bowl clean. Then I gave her another tablespoon mixed with a small amount of kibble. She licked the bowl and was spitting out the kibble – she only wanted your stew. Well, my husband and I were thrilled! I live in Aurora and have checked your website to find out where your food is sold – Pet Palace – where we already shop for our dog food. I will be making a trip there tomorrow to pick up more People Fud Bison Stew – YAY! Thanks so much –

Dear Uncle Davyd & all the PeopleFüd staff,
My name is Taylor Portteus & I wanted to say thank you for your PeopleFüd stews.
I have become a very picky eater of late & part of it I think is because I have Lupus. The pigment on top of my nose and under it is really pink. Also being a Saint Bernard, I have lips. Side lips or jowls as my dad says, that are pink sometimes sore probably from the Lupus.
Mom & Dad brought home the Beef Stew for me to eat over the weekend and WOW, I scarfed everything in my bowl. Even the kibble stuff that I didn’t really feel like eating before.
SO thank you all again. My mom & Dad are really happy that I’m eating again.

Hi there!
I met you yesterday at the HSSPV 5k Run, but was on my way to work so didn’t have a lot of time to visit.
I want to let you know that my dogs and I LOVED the PeopleFüd sample that I brought home, and I’ll be adding it as a supplement to their diet! I have to admit that I didn’t try it, as I don’t eat meat, but after reading through the ingredients, and checking out your site, I’m taking their word for it!
Your story touches a chord with me too, as I also lost my dog Cain to cancer, and he is the meaning behind all that I do too!
